Ordering karate gear in New Zealand

We deliver within New Zealand only. Choose the size, colour and quantity on the product page, then review your items before checking out. If you are unsure about a karate gi or belt size, contact us before ordering.

How can I pay?

The available payment methods are shown at checkout. If you need help completing payment, contact sales@karateshop.co.nz with your order details.

Delivery and dispatch

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand. Read our shipping information for delivery charges and dispatch guidance. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout.

If you need your order for a grading, tournament or other fixed date, contact us before ordering so we can discuss current availability and timing.

What if the size is not right?

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to our refund policy. Keep the item unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact us before sending it back.

Damaged items or product problems

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, or you have a problem with your purchase, contact us with your order number and details. We will discuss the appropriate next step, which may include repair, replacement or refund. The change-of-mind return period does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
