How Can I Pay?

There are two options when wanting to pay on our website. You can securely pay through PayPal, the world's largest online payment portal or you can securely deposit the money into our business bank account via internet banking. Both of these options will be available to you upon checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

Great question! We know you'll be excited to get your new belt or uniform and we are excited that you chose KarateShop to get it to you. Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs of receiving them (excluding any custom made products).

If you are located in a residential area your order will usually arrive within 2-3 days but often overnight! If you are in a rural area or getting it sent to a PO Box this may take a few extra days. Please also keep in mind there are a few factors outside of our control such as weather events, flight delays and missed connections, all of which can impact on the arrival of your order.

What courier company do you use?

At KarateShop we pride ourselves on stocking only the best products so it makes sense that we would only let one of the best couriers look after them on their way to you. Courier Post is New Zealand's leading courier so we trust them to get your order to you as fast as possible.

What if it doesn't fit?

We like to keep things simple so if you're not completely satisfied with your new KarateShop purchase you are welcome to return it for a full refund, a store credit or exchange it for alternative product or size. There are just a couple of usual conditions, returned product must be unused, be in the original packaging with all tags still intact, and returned within 60 days of purchase along with the original receipt. Product must be returned to KarateShop at your cost however if a new product needs to be sent out we will send it free of charge.

Does this stuff have a warranty?

Yes! Of course!

We are so confident you will be happy with your KarateShop purchase that we doubt there will be any issues. We do understand however that its also great to have some peace of mind. So, if for any reason your KarateShop product has not met your expectations please get in touch as it almost certainly wouldn't have met ours! We can then discuss the best way to put it right. Depending on the issue this could include either a repair, replacement or a refund. We hope that puts your mind at ease.
