Change-of-mind returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be unworn or unused, with its tags and original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return or exchange

Email sales@karateshop.co.nz before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item and whether you need a refund or a different size. We will explain the next steps and where to send your return.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of sending the item back. Any original delivery charge is not refunded. Replacement orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within New Zealand.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at sales@karateshop.co.nz. If we need the item returned, we will arrange this at our cost and help put the problem right.

The 30-day change-of-mind period does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
